These terms and conditions apply to all users of the jy9 platform (jy9.click). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any game or betting service on jy9, you agree to be bound by these terms. We recommend reading through them in full before you get started.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except under special circumstances.

• Any bet placed on an event found to involve match-fixing or illegal activity will be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market and game — they will be displayed on screen when placing a bet.

• Jy9 does not charge any deposit fees — however, the payment provider's own fees may apply.
• Withdrawals must use the same method and mobile number that was used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed until your KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted — funds will only be sent to an account registered in your own name.
• Jy9 may request additional verification for suspicious transactions, during which time withdrawals may be placed on hold.

Jy9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms — the general rules are outlined below.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time — complete your current bonus before claiming a new one.
• Bonus funds cannot be used on all games — the eligible games are specified in the terms of each offer.
• Jy9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended and all balances forfeited.

• For withdrawals above a certain amount, you will be required to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence.
• Submitted documents are verified within 72 hours. Complex cases may take up to 7 business days.

• Submitting fraudulent documents will result in permanent account closure and the freezing of all balances.

Jy9 is committed to maintaining a fair and honest environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

• Creating Multiple Accounts — One person using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or gain unfair advantages.
• Use of Bots or Automation — Using any software, script, or bot to place automated bets.
• Bonus Arbitrage — Placing opposing bets strategically to exploit bonus offers.
• Exploiting System Errors — Knowingly exploiting any bug or technical error on the platform for personal gain.
• Money Laundering — any attempt to use the betting platform for money laundering or to legitimise illegal funds.
• Using Another Person's Account — Logging in using another person's identity or account credentials.
• Hacking or System Attacks — Any attempt to breach the security of jy9's servers or database.

Jy9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• If a terms violation or suspicious activity is detected.
• If KYC information is false or incomplete.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any active bonus with pending wagering requirements will be cancelled upon closure, though your real-money balance will be returned to you.

Jy9 believes betting and gaming should be a source of entertainment — not stress or addiction. That's why we provide members with several tools to help them stay in control.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Set a limit on how much you can wager within a given time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from your account, anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: If you wish to stop betting long-term, you can apply for permanent self-exclusion.
